Sincere condolences to Lois's family on your loss. My father, Forrest E. Durey and his brother Howard lived with the Kiel's when they were young. He and my mother always spoke highly of Louis and Blanch and we would visit them when I was very young. I remember their getting holiday cards from Lois as she kept in contact with my parents.

My Mom, Lorraine Walker Lovin, and Lois were friends since elementary school. Over the years, Mom and Dad, (Chuck Lovin) often got together with Lois and Clare. Mom always looked forward to phone conversations with Lois. Over the years she has shared many pictures and stories of their friendship. Wonderful memories!
